They will tell you or point you to almost everything you need to know about a company to determine whether or not to invest, if the company trades over the counter.  PLUS, you can manage your portfolio from there, and find great deals on e-trading houses and other services.  Also, if you use Money 2000, you can store your financial data there, and use it from any computer where Money 2000 is installed.  A pretty neat way to use the web as your personal information repository, if you ask me.
